Delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect & Parcel Lockers available.

Parcel is subject to safe drop.

We ship internationally at a flat rate of $20 AUD per order.

If you change your mind about a purchase with us, you are welcome to return it.

Items must be returned within 30 days after your purchase date.

We will need to receive the item back, unopened, unused, & in the original packaging.

Gift Vouchers purchased cannot be returned & are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.

Shipping on refunded items is at the cost of the customer & is deducted from the refund. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.15.

Use of Products: Upon purchase of products, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose & strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions & guidelines. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. If any minor uses any product purchased through the site it should be only after the parent or legal guardian has discussed the product with the minor's doctor.

Promo Codes: To redeem promo codes at The Answer Skincare, the code must be applied at the cart or checkout stage of your order. Promo codes cannot be added to completed orders, & no refund or bonus products will be offered if the promo code was not applied correctly. Promo codes cannot be applied to excluded products listed on our website, unless otherwise specified. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo discount code or for the purchase of gift cards. Each promo code is redeemable one time per customer only. The Answer Skincare reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promo code offers & these terms & conditions at any time. Product codes are limited to Australian residents unless stated otherwise.
